What Is the SubK Shop OMG Pass?

The SubK Shop OMG Pass grants the winner ONE (1) free item of choice per month for ONE (1) year within the duration of the winner’s status as the SubK Shop OMG Pass winner. This pass will include any benefits that may be associated with the item.

If the item of choice is an album with multiple versions that are clearly distinguishable in sealed form, the SubK Shop OMG Pass winner will have the option to choose ALL versions of that album.

If the item of choice comes with any SubK Shop Exclusive Photocards, the SubK Shop OMG Pass winner will have the option to receive a FULL SET, even if the original offer is random.

This random prize raffle, giveaway, or sweepstakes is solely organized by SubK Shop.
This prize is redeemable by legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Giveaway may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Valid government-issued identification will be required for age verification before the prize can officially be redeemed.
If a potential winner fails to respond within the date and time indicated in the winner announcement, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with the Terms & Conditions, such potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries received.

If the item of choice comes with any SubK Shop Exclusive Photocards, the winner will have the option to receive a FULL SET, even if the original offer is random. The SubK Shop Exclusive Photocards can only be redeemed if they are available on the website at the time of redemption and not sold out or limited.
The prize offer pertains ONLY to products being sold by SubK Shop at www.subkshop.com during the winner’s active status as a SubK Shop OMG Pass Winner, which is a ONE-YEAR period starting Saturday, January 1, 2022 and ending Saturday, December 31, 2022.
If the winner would like to redeem the ONE (1) free item for a particular month, SubK Shop must be notified within that month via email: promo@subkshop.com with the subject line “SUBK SHOP OMG PASS: (MONTH) ITEM”. The (MONTH) will need to be filled in by the winner each time and the body of the email must include the free item of choice.
Any unredeemed free item will not rollover after the month has ended.
In order for the item to be successfully redeemed, SubK Shop must approve with a reply to the email sent by the winner.
Shipping for each monthly item will be free of charge, courtesy of SubK Shop.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner will not be disclosed to a third party without the winner’s prior consent. Additionally, the winner agrees to post on their social media account(s) for each free item redeemed under the SubK Shop OMG Pass using the hashtag #SUBKSHOP_OMGPASS.
This prize cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or orders.
The SubK Shop OMG Pass is NON-TRANSFERABLE. (Only the winner will be able to redeem the free items via email.)
SubK Shop reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the shop’s control. Any changes to the prize will be notified via email as soon as possible.
SubK Shop is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to the winner by any third party.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
SubK Shop’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize will be final.
By accepting this prize, the winner is indicating their agreement be bound by these Terms and Conditions and SubK Shop’s Sweepstakes Official Rules for Social Media Giveaways.
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
By participating, entrants and prize winner agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless SubK Shop and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by any entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this giveaway as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this giveaway.
