We've noticed a significant number of inquiries regarding the STRAY KIDS 樂-STAR albums and wanted to provide you with another update on shipping.

As previously communicated in the first email update, there was a delay from Korea's end in sending the albums to our warehouse (especially the Soundwave albums and photocards that arrived later than the others). This situation was, unfortunately, out of our control and it caused the fulfillment of our customers' orders to be delayed as well. On top of the delay from Korea, due to the extremely high volume of orders we are now needing to fulfill at once, our small team has been particularly swamped and unable to ship all orders within the average processing/shipping time frame for new releases. Rest assured, we are actively processing and dispatching orders at this time.

 The last of the pre-orders will be fulfilled by mid-week. Then, we will continue working on orders placed after the release date following the pre-orders.

If your tracking indicates that the label has been printed, your package will be fulfilled and picked up from our warehouse shortly after. Courier trucks pick up packages from us daily (excluding weekends and holidays). Once dispatched, packages are assigned to the respective courier service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Unfortunately, we do not have control over the transit process after the package is loaded onto the courier truck, and any delays or issues thereafter are beyond our control.

Please note that tracking information may not consistently update in real-time. Couriers often experience delays during the busy holiday season and their tracking system may also have delays in updates. In some cases, customers from previous holiday seasons received their packages after 3-4 weeks without getting a single update on their tracking and some even got their packages delivered a few days after the tracking already said it was delivered.

While we understand the frustration, we kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
