Expected Shipment Delays Due to Korean Chuseok Holiday

Korea will be celebrating one of their major traditional holidays, Chuseok (Korea’s Thanksgiving), this year on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, which will result in shipment delays for some pre-orders. Our multiple distributors will be observing this holiday from Wednesday, September 15, 2021 to Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

As it typically takes our distributors in Korea approximately 2~3 business days (if there are no unexpected delays) to process our shipments, the following pre-order products (projected KST release date in parentheses) may be directly affected as they will not be operating nor processing any shipments until they return from their holiday:

There is a chance that some of the pre-orders being released before September 15th may be processed and shipped to us before our distributors go on holiday, but this is not guaranteed as it would depend on their volume and capacity, over which, unfortunately, we have no control.

Even after the Chuseok holiday, please expect a delay of up to 1~2 weeks as our distributors in Korea will be returning to a heavy load of shipments to process. We recommend following our socials for the latest information regarding arrivals and shipping updates.

Our fulfillment team will be operating as normal throughout this period and will continue to process orders that include pre-order products that have already arrived at our warehouse and in-stock products only.
