[ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER ]
The Social Media Manager plays an essential role in increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. They will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing creative strategies for all social media accounts under SubKulture Entertainment and SubK Shop to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Our ideal candidate has past social media marketing and/or relevant experience, up-to-date knowledge of K-pop, K-entertainment, and current trends in digital technologies and social media, and is excited about finding ways to grow followers and help increase sales. They are enthusiastic, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a FULL-TIME role with a hybrid schedule of remote and on-site days at our Anaheim office location.
PAY
- Starting from $3,000 per month ; DOE (depending on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and developing social media and newsletter campaigns
- Generating, editing, publishing, sharing, and crafting compelling, engaging, and relatable content daily (original text, photos, videos, etc.)
- Posting content across social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews
- Using social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Overseeing the design and general look of social media accounts
- Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
- Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
- Analyzing data and monitoring running campaigns as well as customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, competitions, giveaways, online events, etc.
- Looking for opportunities to increase brand exposure
- Establishing relationships with social media influencers, content creators, media publications, sponsors/partners, other brands, customers, and the K-pop community as a whole
- Collaborating, interacting, and working cross-functionally with other departments and team members at all levels including marketing, events, customer service, and warehouse to ensure brand consistency
- Communicating effectively to senior management
- Documenting work processes and providing training to other team members as needed
- Willing to take on other projects and duties as needed and/or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of proven recent work experience in social media marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for full-time work (hybrid of remote & in-office with willingness to travel if needed)
- Must have own laptop and reliable transportation for in-office work days
- Knowledge and passion for social media, K-pop, and K-entertainment
- Experience in creating social media strategies and content management
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and best practices for social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team management, problem-solving, organizational and tracking skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of budgeting
- Critical-thinker and a team player who also excels as an individual contributor
- Ability to manage time effectively, set and execute clear objectives and priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure with a sense of urgency around time-sensitive tasks

We’re looking for a talented, energetic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer! This team member has a passion for producing quality content and is invested in creating innovative marketing for new products and services.
Our ideal candidate has up-to-date knowledge of current trends in effective visual marketing, social media, and online communication, has a keen eye for detail and branding, and is excited about finding ways to drive value with the SubKulture Entertainment and SubK Shop teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid in daily operations of the marketing team, which includes, but is not limited to: creating visually stimulating graphic assets (website banner, social media graphics) for new/existing products, building and updating weekly newsletters, and staying on top of project timelines
- Work closely with the marketing team to strategize on sales-driven campaigns, conceptualize on-brand visuals, and deliver any assets required for marketing purposes
- Enhance and touch up basic product photos and videos
- Be a voracious consumer of K-pop and K-entertainment and actively identify design trends to keep graphic assets visually appealing and up-to-date
- Stay familiarized and up-to-date on specifications and requirements of different social media platforms
- Work closely with the warehouse team to order/restock any packaging assets such as stickers and postcards
- Assist with administrative duties including, but not limited to: organizing department activities, meetings, and presentations, compiling meeting materials and scheduling reminders, sorting, collating, mailing, and other functions which may pertain to other departments, and providing any support within the office as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year professional experience within graphic design OR applicable internship in related field
- A strong portfolio that highlights excellent typography, graphic design, and illustration skills - MUST show not only the final design but the process as well
- Must be very experienced with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (any other design programs are a PLUS)
- Must be at least 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Available for full-time work (hybrid of remote & on-site)

[ PRODUCT DATA SPECIALIST ]
The Product Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring core data for K-pop products to ensure data is complete, accurate, and updated on a daily basis. They will ensure data quality requirements by gathering item data and digital assets for product pages and be in charge of product data related to all relevant sales platforms for the purpose of serving online customers through varied e-commerce channels and other business initiatives. They will work toward continuous improvement of existing procedures and protocols around data management operations. A full-time role is open for this position at our Anaheim office location.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is bilingual in English and Korean and has a wide knowledge of and strong passion for K-pop albums and goods. The candidate has an excellent work ethic and is focused, detail-oriented, responsible, hard-working, and comfortable working with large amounts of data in various spreadsheets and databases. We're looking for a proactive team member who can expeditiously complete their work within a designated time frame, while maintaining quality to meet company standards, and demonstrate care in our procedures. The ideal candidate has a collaborative, strong team-oriented mindset, and can work with, and across, various people, teams, processes, and technologies. The candidate has a good understanding of how the business operates and can confidently communicate updates, changes, and suggestions as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating product pages for the main website and any other online catalogs
- Researching, gathering, translating (from Korean to English), and uploading accurate product information and digital assets such as release date, content, quantity, pricing, SKU, variant, size, weight, metadata, shipping, thumbnails, and other images
- Making sure product tags, URLs, collections, etc. are functioning properly
- Keeping up to date with new product information and differentiating between pre-orders, new releases, and general inventory
- Assisting with web image management and preparation such as cropping, resizing, and editing before uploading images according to webpage specifications
- Updating other teams with information and adjustments related to product data, quantity, size, weight, and price
- Communicating effectively with distributors, vendors, and clients in Korea as needed
- Auditing product data for inconsistencies and errors and correcting them
- Generating reports as needed
- Documenting work processes and providing training to other team members as needed
- Interacting, supporting, and working cross-functionally with other departments and team members at all levels including the warehouse, customer service, marketing, and creative teams
- Analyzing, investigating, and suggesting improvements for detailed processes including product publishing and identifying opportunities for growing the business
