SUBK SHOP GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

2. All random prize raffles, giveaways, or sweepstakes are solely organized by SubK Shop unless stated otherwise.

3. Giveaways are open to those who reside in the country or countries stated in the respective caption of each giveaway.

4. The giveaway period and schedule for prize winner announcements are as stated in the respective caption of each giveaway, and may be subject to change.

5. Entrant's social account(s) must be public to enter in order for SubK Shop to verify the entry or entries if selected as a prize winner.

6. Entrant only needs to follow each entry rule once (unless otherwise stated) for the entry to count, but entrant will not be disqualified for submitting multiple entries. If the same giveaway is being run across multiple platforms, entrant only needs to enter on one platform for the entry to count, unless stated otherwise. No spamming please.

7. Entries submitted by giveaway/trading/selling accounts will be considered void.

8. Information submitted for the giveaway may be cross-checked for verification purposes only when applicable.

9. Inquiries relating to current giveaways must be emailed to promo@subkshop.com. Emails are limited to giveaway-related inquiries ONLY and any inquiries DM'd to @subkshop will not be accepted.

10. In order to keep things consistent and fair for all entrants, we do not process any verification, validation, or correction/amendment inquiries regarding giveaway entries.

11. If a prize winner fails to respond/claim by the respective deadline, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with the terms and conditions, such prize winner will be disqualified and the prize may either be terminated or another prize winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries received at SubK Shop's discretion. Please refer to the giveaway's respective caption for clarification as this may change depending on the giveaway.

12. Once a prize winner is in contact with SubK Shop to claim their prize within their respective claim deadline, the prize winner must provide the requested info from SubK Shop or fill out any applicable forms respective to the giveaway/prize in a timely manner by the provided deadline, or the prize will be terminated.

13. The prize winner will only be able to claim/redeem the respective prize as stated in the original giveaway caption. If the prize given is/includes an item or version of choice, the prize winner must clearly specify which item/version is wanted, and the item/version must be in stock on the SubK Shop website at the time of confirmation. If the item is out of stock, the prize winner must choose a different prize that is currently in stock on the website.

14. The prize cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or orders.

15. All prizes are NON-TRANSFERABLE; only the prize winner will be able to claim/redeem/receive the respective prize.

16. For international prize winners, SubK Shop will still pay for shipping, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway caption, but any customs/duties will be the winner's responsibility.

17. SubK Shop is not responsible for any technical difficulties, errors, or glitches one may experience while attempting to enter a giveaway.

18. SubK Shop reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the shop’s control. Any changes to the prize will be notified via email as soon as possible.

19. SubK Shop is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to the winner by any third party.

20. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

21. SubK Shop’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize will be final.

22. By entering the giveaway and accepting the respective prize if selected as a prize winner, the entrant/prize winner is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

23. The prize winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the prize winner will not be disclosed to a third party without the prize winner’s prior consent.

24. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

25. By participating, entrants and prize winner agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless SubK Shop and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by any entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this giveaway as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this giveaway.

26. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, or any other Social Network.
