[DELAY NOTICE] USPS has officially announced that they will be “temporarily increas[ing] prices on all commercial and retail domestic packages because of the holiday season and its increase in mail volume”. Due to this increase in volume and time-in-transit, as well as limited postal transportation and staffing, customers will be experiencing temporary delays in tracking status updates and delivery. While these changes are out of our control, we apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Items returned within 14 days of the delivery date, in the same new condition, still fully wrapped in its original plastic wrapping, will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Once the item(s) is received back in the warehouse, our team will examine the item to conclude the condition of the product and issue the refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for purchase, and typically takes about 3-5 business days for the refund to fully process, but may vary per bank.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges when making returns. Any shipping and handling fees from the original purchase is non-refundable, so the refunded amount will be less these fees.
