ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days if all items in the order are in stock. The shipping speed applies after the order is processed.
  • If you place an order that includes one or more items that are in pre-order or back-order, shipping will occur once all items within that order are available to ship together, so please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items shipped sooner than any pre-order or back-order items.
  • Import/customs duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping costs. Any additional import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

** PLEASE READ ** SubK Shop is back to normal business activities while continuing to practice safety precautions as advised by the CDC. However, please check with your preferred courier service to check any delays in shipping times as a result of COVID-19. If your courier service is experiencing delays, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding and we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (4-5 days when we have high volumes of orders).
  • Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details.
  • If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment/shipping information, your order processing may be delayed.

RETURNS

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by filling out this form.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by filling out this form and they will give you return/exchange instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
