PRE-ORDER PERIOD & SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
- PRE-ORDER PERIOD: Friday, 04.23.2021, 5:00PM PDT ~ Friday, 05.14.2021, 11:59PM PDT
- Shipping will begin end of June, 2021 and continue through several days/weeks depending on order volume.
- If you place an order that includes any pre-order item, shipping will occur once all items within that order are available to ship together (even if an item in the same order is in stock), so please place separate orders if you would like certain items shipped sooner than others based on release/shipping dates.

- There is a total of 14 printed polaroids (2 per member). After the pre-order period, only given while supplies last. The pre-order benefit is the same for all items.
**The polaroids are official, approved by KQ Entertainment, and valid only at SubK Shop.
- If you place an order that includes one or more items that are in pre-order or back-order, shipping will occur once all items within that order are available to ship together, so please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items shipped sooner than any pre-order or back-order items.
Exchanges or refunds will not be allowed for reasons other than a manufacturer defect.
- Due to the effects of COVID-19, processing/shipping in general may be delayed and take longer than the standard high volume time frame of 5-8 business days for this particular merch collection. The shipping speed applies after the order has been processed.
- Shipping to some countries may be restricted, in which case, orders may be automatically cancelled or packages may be automatically returned, so please check your country's shipping restrictions before placing an order.
- Due to licensing issues and artist management decision, we won’t be able to offer shipping to Korea and Japan at this time.
- Import/customs duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping costs. Any additional import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please remember to film an unboxing video, check the product condition immediately upon receipt, and contact our customer service department at email@example.com for faulty products, defects, or any other issues within 7 business days of delivery.
- The outer box/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
